Barry Grooms is not a broker nor is he an attorney as he was presented to us as such. Sadly, after dealing with him when our agent dumped us he lost the sale and did not try to negotiate it back. We terminated the contract and Grooms only threatened us, and the actual broker to date, 3.5 months the actual broker never tried to contact us. We are looking forward to march 1st when this nightmare is over! His behavior and any cooperation from the brokerage has cost them 20 grand plus and they think this is ok.
